I am very satisfied with this purchasing experience. After receiving the goods, the packaging was not damaged and the product looked good. After testing the product, the performance was ok. , the seller is very professional and can answer all my questions and queries. Shipping was fast, shipped within 5 days. All in all, this purchasing experience was very good. I will buy from him again if I need it next time.

We send the specificactions of our instalations, and the seller suggested this kind of flowmeter, we accept the suggestion and place an order of this flowmeter. The first problem was the delivery time, they take more than 1 month to deliver just one piece. Then when the goods arrive, we send our instalation plans, and they said that are okay, our suprise became when we try to use the flowmeter, we loss all the preassure in our system and can´t work. We notify this to the seller but they take more than 3 months to send the "solutions" but that solutions are not correct and have to spend a lot of money to try, and is not certain that is going to work. Also this flowmeter are made by other company. So the conclusion is that we has bad counseling from the seller, lousy delivery time, and lousy after-sales service. I don´t recommend to buy this kind of flowmeter from this company.
